Application Submission Assistance

ONQPI offers assistance to individuals who want to submit their applications directly to ISP for their Illinois Concealed Carry permit and/or Firearm Owners Identification Card (FOID) with ease and no errors or omissions.

ONQPI’s license application assistance service is designed to assist applicants with the entire application process quickly and conveniently. You simply have to call for an appointment.

ONQPI’s is your one-stop-shop for all your application needs. By allowing ONQPI to pre-screened your application for completion prior to it being submitted to Illinois State Police, there is less likelihood that the applications will include errors or omissions that will result in processing delays.

    What should I bring with me to my appointment?

    You should have with you the following items/documents when you arrive at our Office to submit your Illinois Conceal Carry Permit:

  • A picture ID. A driver license or state-issued identification card.
  • Live Scan Fingerprint Transaction Control Number (TCN).
  • Firearm Owner’s Identification Card (FOID).
  • Previous address history for the past 10 years.
  • Training documents or other certificates that confirms you have completed the required training.
  • Military DD-214 and honorably discharged documents.
  • If you are claiming an exemption in accordance to 430ILCS 66/75, bring your supporting documents.
  • A credit card or debit card to pay for the permit.
  • No need to bring a photo, we will take care of that for you.

    • CCW Application Assistance Fee:

  • $25.00 per person
  • Cash, Credit Card or Money Order accepted.

    • You should have with you the following items/documents when you arrive at our Office to submit your Illinois Firearm Owners Identification Card (FOID):

  • A picture ID. A driver license or state-issued identification card.
  • A credit card or debit card to pay for the permit.
  • No need to bring a photo, we will take care of that for you.

    • FOID Application Assistance Fee:

  • $26.00 per person
