On Q Biometrics Live Scan Fingerprinting Department provides State of Illinois Medical Cannabis (Marijuana) License fingerprinting services to the public, dispensary’s and cultivation centers.

    We also provide mobile fingerprinting services throughout the Chicagoland area as well as surrounding suburbs and States. We will travel anywhere to accommodate the fingerprinting needs of our clients. On Q Biometrics fingerprinting department also has an in-house location for those who prefer to come to us. We print many individuals at our facility with a focus on those who need to be fingerprinted for state licensure.

    At On Q Biometrics, it is our goal is to provide efficient, reliable, and high-quality fingerprinting services to all of our clients. We will travel to businesses, residences, hotels, airports, universities etc.

    Whether a client needs one person fingerprinted (no minimum), or a comprehensive fingerprinting program for all current and future employees at various locations (no maximum) our services are extremely beneficial and user friendly. We try to avail ourselves at all times, and can schedule an appointment almost anytime, anywhere, including weekends.

      We fingerprint for the following State of Illinois Medical Cannabis (Marijuana) licensing departments in the State of Illinois:

      • Illinois Department of Public Health – Identification Card Holder
      • Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation – Medical Cannabis Dispensing Organization
      • Illinois Department of Agriculture – Cultivation Center or Agent Identification Card

    • Fees:

      • Fees are based on the services requested by the agency requiring you to be fingerprinted.

      • UCIA & FBI Fee

        • $60.00 – State of Illinois Background Check and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Background Check

          MOBILE TRAVEL FEES:

        • $35.00 per 15 minutes of travel from our office (Round Trip) Plus Expenses

          All credit card/debit card transactions will be accessed a 4% fee for processing.

      • What to Bring:

        • A government issued picture I.D., such as a driver’s license, passport, or military I.D. Other forms of identification may be accepted in accordance with Department of Justice regulations. Identification must be valid and current. If you are under the age of 18, you must also have a parent or guardian with you to sign a statement giving us permission to fingerprint you.

      • Payment Method Accepted:

        • Cash, Credit Card or Money Order accepted.

      • Results:

        • Your fingerprints are transmitted by our Live Scan department to the Illinois State Police for the purpose of checking your background. The results are then sent from the Illinois State Police directly to your agency requesting the criminal background check.
